 Brief Introduction
Our company has developed a series of pinch valves that are at the international advanced level and have multiple patented technologies. The valve sizes range from DN32 to DN400, and the maximum operating pressure can reach 5.0Mpa. The valves are categorized into JGF-Y I, JGF-Q I, JGF-Q II, JGF-Q III, and JGF-T series.
Pinch valves can be widely used in non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, coal, petroleum, chemical industry, power plants, metallurgy.
Advantages 
Pinch valves have unmatched advantages over other valves:
1.Good wear resistance
Wear occurs only on the inner surface of the pinch valve sleeve, and rubber's wear resistance is significantly greater than that of other valve plate materials like stainless steel. Experiments have shown that the valve sleeve can be opened and closed more than 100,000 times.
2.Good corrosion resistance
The lined pinch valve sleeve completely separates the medium inside the pipe from the valve body, preventing any corrosion to the valve body, thereby extending its service life to its limits.
3.Low operational cost
As mentioned earlier, pinch valves only cause wear and tear on the valve sleeve during use, so it is only necessary to replace the low-cost valve sleeve, which can save users a significant amount of costs.
4.Accurate control system
A built-in wear detection electronic circuit ensures that the system automatically issues an alarm signal to replace the valve sleeve when its wear reaches a certain level, thus ensuring the safety of valve use.
