Explosion proof diesel monorail crane is an auxiliary transportation equipment with strong mobility, fast running speed, large load capacity, and safe and reliable operation on the suspended monorail system. It is mainly used for installation and retraction of coal mine comprehensive mining working faces. It has the characteristics of low system operation noise, low failure rate, easy maintenance and good grade-ability., and can achieve overall transportation of large equipment such as hydraulic supports. The locomotive runs on the suspended monorail system, and is not restricted by the floor conditions. The locomotive has good passing capacity.

1. Environmental conditions for use
The altitude shall not exceed 2000m;
1.1 Surrounding environment temperature -5 ºC -+40 ºC;
1.2 The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 95% (+25 ºC);
1.3 The installation inclination with respect to the horizontal plane shall not exceed 25 °;
4.4 Places without dripping or dripping water.
2. Basic requirements
2.1 The locomotive shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the approved drawings and technical documents according to the prescribed procedures.
2.2 The explosion-proof diesel engine used for matching should comply with the relevant requirements of MT990 and obtain a "safety certificate", and the exhaust pollutant limit should meet the requirements of the third stage in GB 20891.
2.3 The non-metallic materials used in locomotives shall comply with the provisions of MT113, and the braking materials used shall be materials that will not explode or burn during braking.
2.4 The purchased and outsourced parts used in locomotives shall have a quality certificate. The performance and quality of supporting equipment should meet the design requirements, and can only be installed and used after passing the factory inspection.
2.5 The hydraulic system of the locomotive shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3766 and GB/T7935.
2.6 All supporting electrical components of the locomotive shall comply with the relevant requirements of GB/T 3836.1-2021, GB/T 3836.2-2021, GB/T 3836.4-2021, and GB/T 3836.9-2021. Those under safety standard management should have a safety standard certificate. The cables and wires should comply with the relevant requirements of MT 818.
2.7 The noise level at the driver's head position inside the cab should not exceed 90dBA.
2.8 Protective chains (poles) should be installed at the driver's entrance and exit on both sides of the cab. The controllers at both ends of the cab should use variable frequency speed regulation, and there should be an electrical interlock between the two sets of controllers. Only when one end of the controller handle is in the zero position can the other end be operated, but both sets can operate emergency braking.
2.9The minimum breaking force of the connecting device shall not be less than 10 times the rated traction force of the monorail locomotive.
2.10 A methane detection alarm and power outage device should be installed in the driver's cab. When the methane concentration reaches 0.5%, it should be able to automatically alarm and cause the explosion-proof diesel engine to automatically cut off fuel, and the entire vehicle to be powered off and stopped.
2.11 The locomotive should be equipped with bright lights and red signal lights in the front and rear directions. The illumination of the lights should ensure at least 4Lx at a distance of 20m ahead, and the visibility distance of the signal lights should be at least 60m.
2.12 The locomotive should be equipped with a working braking device, which should meet the requirements of emergency braking and parking functions. There should be independent working braking and emergency braking control mechanisms.
2.13 Emergency braking must be designed as a fail safe type and can be applied both manually and automatically.
2.14 Each cab of the locomotive should be equipped with a portable fire extinguisher.
2.15 Light metal materials should not be used on the external collision prone parts and nameplates of locomotives.
2.16 This vehicle is equipped with a sealing and intrinsic safety automatic protection device.
When any of the following abnormal situations occur, the control system will automatically alarm and shut down the engine within one minute:
The engine cooling water temperature reaches (93 ± 2) ºC;
The engine exhaust temperature reaches (68 ± 2) ºC;
The surface temperature of the engine reaches (148 ± 2) ºC;
The water level in the waste gas treatment tank is as low as 30mm;
The oil pressure is lower than (0.15 ± 0.02) MPa;
Gas concentration reaches 0.5%;
