The BLZG vertical fully automatic filter press is a new,efficient,energy-saving,and environmentally friendly solid-liquid separation equipment independently developed by our company. It utilizes the pressure of the pump, the gravity of the material, and the squeezing effect of the rubber diaphragm to quickly filter the slurry through the filter cloth, thereby achieving efficient solid-liquid separation.
Widely used in the  metallurgy, mining, chemical, coal chemical, titanium dioxide, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, biology, new materials, new energy, and environmental protection. It is an upgraded product and technology of traditional filtration  equipment.
BLZG series vertical filter presses are controlled by PLC. It adopts single-sided filtration, single-sided extrusion and double-sided discharge. The operation includes six stages: static pressure filtration, primary diaphragm extrusion, filter cake washing, secondary diaphragm extrusion, filter cake blowing, filter cake discharging and filter cloth washing.
